6. New Learner Licence Apply – Step by Step
Step 1: Sarathi website Open ಮಾಡಿ
Sarathi Parivahan official website open ಮಾಡಿ. ನಂತರ State Name ಕೇಳಿದರೆ Karnataka ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ.
Step 2: Learner Licence Service ಹುಡುಕಿ
